To make shopping easy and convenient, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all customers across Sri Lanka.
How COD Works
- Place your order online
- Confirm via WhatsApp/phone (if contacted)
- Receive your package
- Pay cash directly to the courier upon delivery
No online payment is required.
Payment Rules
- Please prepare the exact amount in cash when the order arrives
- Couriers may not always carry change
- Payment must be completed at the time of delivery
Order Confirmation
To avoid fake or prank orders:
- We may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm
- Orders not confirmed may be canceled automatically
Failed Deliveries
If:
- You are unavailable during delivery
- You reject the order without valid reason
- Or provide incorrect contact details
The order may be marked as failed delivery.
Repeated failed or fake COD orders may result in restricted future purchases.
