Conditions for Returns

Refund Method

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or cash arrangement
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval

Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged/wrong item) → we cover shipping
  • For size exchanges or other reasons → customer may cover delivery costs
