  • All prices are listed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees).

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

4. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete
  • Orders may be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse suspicious or incomplete orders

Failure to respond to confirmation messages may result in order cancellation.

5. Payment

Currently, we offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers must make full payment upon receiving the order.

Future online payments will be processed through secure and trusted platforms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka
  • Delivery times typically range from 4–6 working days
  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or holidays

Lilac Closet is not responsible for delays outside our control.

7. Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your purchase.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
  • Customers must contact us before returning items
  • Refunds are generally not provided unless the item is defective or incorrect

Delivery charges for exchanges may apply.

8. Size & Fit

We provide size charts within the product images to help you choose the correct size.

Customers are responsible for checking measurements before ordering. Lilac Closet is not liable for incorrect size selections.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled shortly after placing them by contacting us immediately.

Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

10. Customer Responsibility

By shopping with us, you agree:

  • Not to place fake or prank orders
  • To provide accurate delivery details

Repeated fake orders may result in being blocked from future purchases.
